How you choose to pursue the world is what makes all the difference. And all of that depends on how your mind tends to function. So, in order to be strong and achieving, you got to have a strong conscious and an unbeatable mind. Mental health is just as necessary as physical health. You have to have your head in the right place so that you can think clear.
First up, you need to be compassionate. Be helpful towards the people around you who happen to need you. It is a great way of socializing and as a united mankind, we have to look out for the people we share this world with.
Second, be positive. Don’t let negative people ruin your judgement. Surround yourself with people who are happy. And so stuff that makes you feel happy and gives you a purpose in life.
Third, meditate. It doesn’t have to be an hour long, All you need to do is to spare 10-15 minutes a day to calm your mind so that it can function better and keeps you energized throughout the day.
Forth, you need to have gratitude. You have to learn to be grateful for the stuff you own. Learn to be grateful for the little things. Be happy and enjoy the tiniest fragments of life, ’cause you know, it has an expiration date.
Fifth, value time. Time is all you have and time is your drug that you need to have control over. Time flies, and faster than you can imagine. Spare a moment and take a deep breath, now the moment has passed and you will never get that moment back. Value your time and do what you want to, ’cause someday, it’ll be too late.
The only competition you have is the person in the mirror in front of you. Don’t try to be better than others, instead, be better than you were yesterday. And only one rule is, TO NEVER GIVE UP, ‘CAUSE IT’S IMPOSSIBLE TO DEFEAT SOMEONE WHO NEVER GIVES UP.
